-You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive the goods.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received and it must be in original packaging. Only defect products can be returns if the consumers get it at the beginning.
-All the items must have the receipt as proof of purchase .
-Once we receive the item from you, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your product and the status of the items.
-No refund will be made but consumers can get another items with the money or add-on if the amount exceeds.
-Free shipping for consumers in Peninsular Malaysia. Except for Sabah & Sarawak. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
